It is very likely that your order is still on it's way but for some reason it has lost tracking via the barcode. It is also possible your order was held at your local post office for some reason. Before reaching out to us please allow some time for the order to be processed or reach out to your local post office with the tracking information to see if they are holding it for some reason.
